pwizzard Posted December 5, 2018 Share Posted December 5, 2018 Hi I've been having problems with emails being received from the contact form page of prestashop so as a test I've created a brand new installation of Prestashop 1.7.4.4, added nothing to the installation and then I've completed the contact form. I get the message: Your message has been successfully sent to our team. However no email is being received and if I login to the back office and select Advanced Parameters > Email there is no listing of the completed form, a listing normally appears when the form is completed. Though under the bell symbol on the top right hand sign of the back office under Messages a new message is listed. I've performed this installation online and offline on my local machine, it's not working on either platform. However if I perform an installation of Prestashop 1.7.2.2 the form works correctly, emails are sent AND received, plus the emails are listed under Advanced Parameters > Email Is this a known problem?
