pierjuan
wakasm
Me as well. I did put up a separate post, but after finally looking long enough - i found this one as well. 2.4 does not show individual products or line items, but just the total. The old one used to pass the line items as well. +
pierjuan
Only using standard paypal 2.4 module, Paypalapi not installed and deleted via ftp. What API setting are you referring to PIERJUAN? Thank you
wakasm
Only using standard paypal 2.4 module, Paypalapi not installed and deleted via ftp. What API setting are you referring to PIERJUAN? Thank you Same here. 2.4 module asks you to delete the Paypal API. Hopefully someone responds to help the fact that No item description is passed to paypal. Paypal 1.3 used to do this. Each item had it's own line inside paypal. Now it's removed. I checked redirect.tpl and the code looks correct so I am not sure what needs to be updated. It seems that the problem starts in step 5 during the confirm your payment screen - there are no line items on that page either, just the "Total" and amount. transient999
ok.. seems like pierjuan is refering to the api setting in paypal module 2.4If you delete all api setting and just enter PayPal account e-mail:, then you will get description of items. That means your buyer must have paypal account to buy stuff. Unfortunately, this is not what I want. I want them to have an option to use their credit card and not have to sign up with paypal. pierjuan
transient999
Yes, you're right. Thank you.I wish it could be more obvious on the paypal page. Instead of saying "Don't Have Paypal account?" Change it to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"
