emailing customer loyalty points summaries to encourage the use of the system

Hi guys,

is there a system to send customers what points and discounts they have available.
I would of thought it would of been incorporated in the customer follow up module

at the moment I have all these customers with points, some have made 10 repeat purchases which I am not fussed if they use the points or not, but I am yet to have anyone use the loyalty point system. Would be nice to send an email to those which havent purchased for 90 days or so

at the moment I am sending a 3% discount valid for 7 days on customers over 90 days, I would rather send them a email with something they have earnt, as they are more likely to act on something they have earnt than something we give freely. Something they earnt also gives them significantly more satisfaction on the previous purchase and will lead onto the following purchase with less post purchase dissonance, as customers ALWAYS questions promotional emails
