theme installer problem

hi

first of all i must say that this is a good module which makes it easier for people to install templates. here is my problem:

i have edited the module homefeatured in order for the products to be displayed as i wish. now when i export the theme it only allows me to export the modules that i have added as "new" . now i have tried to put that homefeatured folder inside the zip archive but when i import the theme that module is not overwritten.

so basically what i am trying to say is that when you export a theme the module must allow you to choose which modules to export and when you import it must say that some modules will overwrite the default ones. that's the fair way for both developers and buyers
