Error in my top navigation links bar

Good day everyone,

I'll describe my problem in a nutshell:
I've enclosed my printscreen.
As you see, a mistical question-mark appears in my top block...

Here is my .css code.

UPDATE: I've noticed that when i delete the .htaccess file, everything returns back to normal, but my friendly urls disappear too...

When I change background-position to more than 10 px, question-mark moves to bottom... I've increased it to 56 pixels and that question mark moved away to bottom.

I know this will not solve my problem, but for now it might not "sink my ship" ...
