Dieses Livechat Modul gibt es für Prestashop 1.6 und 1.7 zu finden unter https://github.com/tawk/tawk-prestashop Nähere Angaben zum Modul selbst gibt es auf der Seite www.tawk.to Ich habe es im Einsatz und es funktioniert einwandfrei.
