Prestashop Dropdown Menu longer than Screen

Hi i have made my first Shop and i have a problem thats kind of a dealbreaker.

My Dropdown Menu has 3 Stages, Vehicle - > Model - > Specs

Now those lists are not very long but can be up to 10 Categories within each 2nd. Stage.

The Dropdown Menu only opens up downwards so the list becomes longer than the Screen and you cant chose the right Category. Now i was wondering this happened because its a standard thjat in such a case the next category opens upwards.

Please help me fix this issue or recommend me the right module.

As too downloading a Child Template and Customizing it there, please bear in mind, that i am a complete newbie and would need a step by step guide.

I have added 2 screenshotx so you can see the issue, the third stage has 10 categories but you can see in the second picture, that only 3 fit in the screen.

There are two options:

1) Restructure your site to have shorter menus.

2) Find another module that displays menu items in different fashion.

I don't think that there is any third solution that won't involve coding.
