Categories and subcategories

Hello everyone,
I have a question about categories structure.

Let's see that I have below categries structure:
Category K1
 Subcategory S1
  Product 1
  Product 2
 Subcategory S2
  Product 3
  Product 4
Category K2
 Subcategory S3
  Product 5
  Product 6
 Subcategory S4
  Product 7
  Product 8

I know I could have one product in few different categories. But can I setup for example subcategory S4 with all products in this subcategory under main category K1 and also K2? Or  maybe it is possible just for products - not for subcategories? We have specific situation in store and we got a problem to setup categories tree in other way, because of specific products.
