jhuntra Posted February 27, 2011 Share Posted February 27, 2011 Hi I am experiencing multiple issues with the paypal module in 1.4RC4 nd 5.Here is the first error which I know is about incorrect postage details, however it is not relevant to my site so is there any way to disable this? This error fails the payment. A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2011-02-25T21:04:38ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal CodeL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error This next one I have no idea why it happens, customer cannot finish the sale. A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2011-02-25T19:42:21ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10417L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction cannot complete.L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The transaction cannot complete successfully. FireHawk Posted March 28, 2011 Share Posted March 28, 2011 I've just had another one of these this morning.Fortunately the customers must be seeing a problem and re-trying the payment again a second time and it goes through fine.Can't expect everyone will do that though.Anyone else getting these at present?Anyone know what the problem could be? keweli Posted April 29, 2011 Share Posted April 29, 2011 I believe L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10417 means there is a problem with the customer's financial side.FireHawk, was the error code 10417 on the customer's first attempt?Is it possible they changed credit cards or waited a few days on the second attempt?
