Paypal API Issues/Errors

Hi

I am experiencing multiple issues with the paypal module in 1.4RC4 nd 5.

Here is the first error which I know is about incorrect postage details, however it is not relevant to my site so is there any way to disable this? This error fails the payment.


A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report:

PayPal response:
TIMESTAMP -> 2011-02-25T21:04:38Z
L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736
L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code
L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.
L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error


This next one I have no idea why it happens, customer cannot finish the sale.

L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction cannot complete.
L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.
L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

I too have just encounted a problem with this...

L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.
L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

Does anyone have any insight as to what the problem is as i have done no changes what so ever?
Is it just a one off glitch?

I've just had another one of these this morning.
Fortunately the customers must be seeing a problem and re-trying the payment again a second time and it goes through fine.
Can't expect everyone will do that though.

Anyone else getting these at present?
Anyone know what the problem could be?

I believe L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10417 means there is a problem with the customer's financial side.

FireHawk, was the error code 10417 on the customer's first attempt?
Is it possible they changed credit cards or waited a few days on the second attempt?
