(\)icholas
Hello, I recently upgraded from 1.3.5 to 1.3.6. While doing so I moved all of the contents of my 3.5 install from /public_html/ to an /old/ file in my user directory. Everything but the contents of (tools/swift/Swift/Plugin/Decorator) and (tools/swift/Swift/Plugin/VerboseSending) transferred into /old/ successfully. The files within these two folders had their permissions set to 0000. Not knowing their importance I tried to install 3.6 over them. That eventually led to a internal server error when i tried to create a user account from the front office. It seems that swift is used for secure verification? Well now I'm trying to raise the permission on these files so that prestashop can use them again. The problem is i can't change them, neither through cPanel or filezilla. Does anyone know how i can reclaim the permissions on my own files, or why they were altered in the first place? I didn't have any trouble upgrading from 3.4 to 3.5 so I'm not sure how these permissions were changed. Any input would but great.
(\)icholas
On second glance I noticed that the folder permissions were set to 644. changed them to 755, as they should be, and then i was able to change their contents to 644. Probably my fault somewhere along the line.
