Does not generate invoices

Recommended Posts

I have a Prestashop 1.6.1.23that I recently updated from 1.6.1.17 .
When you click on invoices it generates a pdf but when you open it it says: "error An error occurred while loading the PDF document."
The delivery notes if generated correctly.

when you go to orders-> invoices and I select in generating PDF by state it gives me the following error, but I do not know if it will be for this:
Deprecated: Non-static method PaypalPlusPui :: getByIdOrder () should not be called statically, assuming $ this from incompatible context in /usr/home/man1924/www/modules/paypal/paypal.php on line 2625

it would seem that your paypal module is causing issue.  maybe it's incompatible with this version or maybe a simple uninstall-install will fix...you  can disable  the module just to see if problem continues....but please note the above is not an error just  warning message the script should still execute.

I have the same problem. I upgraded from 1.6.1.17 to 1.6.1.23 and lost the function to click the customer's invoice and get a downloaded PDF. The result gives:

 This page isn’t working

example.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I use PayPal, is the idea to uninstall it and then install it for a possible fix?
