Notifications out of control?

Are the notifications of the forum out of control? I nowadays get a notification whenever Soyons Zen has done something. A bit annoying. It also raises the question whether I might miss notifications that I do want to receive because they are sent to someone else too..

Well I think it is finally working   so you may see more of them. 

For people you follow, like Soyons Zen you get notification but you have some options that you can turn off 

 in https://www.prestashop.com/forums/notifications/options/

But let me know if there some bug maybe.

I never knew you could follow people. You could follow forum entries and you could add people to a friends list that was completely without consequences. Am I now suddenly following those "friends"?

Well you should just get notification from people on your list "Someone I follow posts a new status." 

But you can disable that.
