snowymountainscobbler
Hi guys. I have just put my shop in catalogue mode for around 1 month as I do every year for holidays. Now when I try to turn off catalogue mode the next page says: This page isn’t working www.onlineboots.com.au is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 Same happens if I try to turn off: enable shop. (Thought I might try to disable and then enable shop again and see if that helps) I have tried different browsers, tried clearing prestashop cache, but thats about as far as my skills go. Any ideas out there that may help me? Regards, Dean. PrestaShop version 1.6.0.
El Patron
Hi, when you receive a 500 error then you will want to enable PS debug mode to get the underlying error message. This should tell you what is wrong and either you can search and find solution or provide here for community feedback. Here is guide on how to do this. El Patron
Hi, just visited the shop and debug is still enabled, make sure to disable when not actively debugging as search bots get same thing and could harm your seo. also I tested a bit on shop and am seeing several different errors. Do you have a webmaster that can help you? It will be difficult to solve all issues using form in timely fashion. if you do not consider a job posting to find competent tech to help. but with debug enabled we can see several different issues, note: warnings/notices I'm not to concerned with but the fatal errors of course need to be resolved. snowymountainscobbler
Thanks again for your help. I have disabled debug again. I think resolving this is too much of a job for my skills.
