InduStone
Hi, I struggle with creation of new subcategory in my shop. I've notice that every new subcategory I create has an nleft and nright values equal 0. Moreover, from some reason, I don't know why, in my ps_category table has been created over 500 entries with nleft and nright values equals 0. These entries are visible only in the ps_category table and do not have any relations to other category related tables. I've tried to regenerate tree, but unsuccessfully. Maybe I should delete all incorrect entries from the ps_category table manually first? And then try to rebuild the tree? Could you advise? Did you tackle similar issue? Thank you. NemoPS
You can try to make a backup of the table, delete the broken ones and see if it works. If not, you can just restore it. I am not positive it's gonna work since in any case it usually starts from blank. Are the parents/children associations correct?
InduStone
Hi Nemo, Solved. I've deleted broken entries manually. Thank you.
