Navigation wont update on theme

So I downloaded a theme called melani2. Whenever I make a change to my menu module nothing happens on the theme. I'm not sure if there's something I need to change in the theme or anything. And yes caching is disabled.

Have you contacted the developer of mlani2 with this issue?  Often times that gets the fastest results.

I will try that next, but I also have another problem. On the default theme that comes with PrestaShop, the navigation is higher than it should be and I have no idea how it got like that. I just seem to be having all kinds of navigation problems.
