On large screens it consumes all the space ln one row but on smaller screens it creates submenus. how to do so that links stay in one row ? it is in Hook "displayfullwidthnav"

As we see, your template is probably not the default one.

You have to read carefully the product description on the official page listed. If you clarify that this is not a theme feature and it's a bug, then you have to contact the theme developer.

Moreover, your description is way too generic. This behavior may be plain css, some choice in page builder module or something else. Coding issues may occur due to many factors. Be more descriptive please.
