You have to read carefully the product description on the official page listed. If you clarify that this is not a theme feature and it's a bug, then you have to contact the theme developer. Moreover, your description is way too generic. This behavior may be plain css, some choice in page builder module or something else. Coding issues may occur due to many factors.
