adding About Us in header

Hi,

I am curious, is there a way to add a button with about us in the header?

Now I have the buttons; Home - contact - sitemap - bookmark.

But I would like to add "About Us" in between contact and sitemap. And of course displaying the about us page.

How can I do this? I looked at BlockPermanentLinks but my knowledge is too little.
