Header missing in IE6

Hi all,

I changed my global css to fit the larger logo to the entire width 100%, but now my header is not showing in IE6, in chrome and firefox its showing correctly.
At the same time (due to the wider width) my searchbar moved from top right to beside the header, and I want it there!, (so I have a wide logo with pictures, and beneath that I want the header and searchbar right next to the header) but I am not sure if I did it right, since its not showing in IE6. Moving the quick searchblock in BO didnt do the trick.

I am trying to change it right for almost 2 weeks now.
What am I doing wrong??
