Friendly urls containing non latin chars

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there is a possibilty to have a friendly url looking like this

http://xxx.xxx.bg/5-аксесоари'>http://xxx.xxx.bg/5-аксесоари

or the correct encoding of that in utf8 (without the spaces)

http://xxx.xxx.bg/5- -% D0% B0% D0% BA% D1% 81% D0% B5% D1% 81% D0% BE% D0% B0% D1% 80% D0% B8

When I try to enter a cyrillic characters in the friendly url field they get filtered.
