configure Newsletter block

I have installed the Newsletter block, but the settings are very poor and I can't configure things like:
1) email to send to
2) subscribers management
3) subscribe/unsubscribe choice is missing (see www.nelpaesedelvino.com/shop)
4) email template
5) if I subscribe a test email I get this error

Error: template email missing: /myshop/modules/blocknewsletter/mails/it/newsletter_conf.txt

I guess it's because there's only En and Fr languages in the block. How can I add Italian?

6) changing the English text into Italian inside

{l s='Get news and very exclusive offers!' mod='blocknewsletter'}

makes the text disappear.

any help?

for other language, you need to install related language first, then go to back office:

-- Tools
-- Translations
-- Module translation to translate the module.

(You can download your language package from PrestaShop site)
