Install prestashop 1.7.4

Hi, I'm trying to install the site locally, but I find the following problems:

1) if I compose the local path to connect, I get the error "non-private connection" this is caused by a redirect from http: // localhost / subdirectory_name to https (how can I redirect to http?);

2) despite the error in point 1, if I click on "advanced" I can still connect to the site but in the backend does not appear the least side to access the catologue, modules,..;

3) in the frontoffice appears the error 404.

what can I do?
