Edit the Stock management in back office

I would like to add a field to the stock management in the back office in which to display how much a of a certain product a supplier has supplied. Where I can find the table so I can add another field?

These 5 tables are used for tracking stock in prestashop

• ps_stock
• ps_stock_available
• ps_stock_mvt
• ps_stock_mvt_reason
• ps_stock_mvt_reason_lang

In these ps_stock_available is used to store available stock for selling

Thank you, but I guess I did not explain what I want to do well. I would like to add another field in the table in the back office. Where can I find the code of the table, so I can add a custom field for example in the place of the red circle of the picture?

How did you add custom field to stocks management eventually?  What programs needed to be amended?
