remove Free shipping, remove siret/company fields

If someone can help, I would appreciate it! I want to remove the siret and company fields from the checkout, I disabled them in the country settings but if I activate b2b they appear and I do not see where I can remove them. 

I also need to change the free shipping text, the shipping is calculated after the user/guest provides the address, but until then it says free shipping! Free shipping is offered after a certain amount.

Hello mdekker,

it is prestashop 1.7.4, and it is not default theme, but the theme used has no reference to the identity/summary fields, they are just stylized, using default fields, which as explained, I disabled VAT and company in location-country, they are added by the b2b part, the siret and company that I want removed

Is it possible to change words displayed via html, for example change words "Free Shiping" to (To be calculated) or something like this?

How can i edit and where it can be done? 
I want to make days of week on one side and working times to align to other side, i can change them only center, left or right. (But it looks like settings are connected to other text to)
