Where do I go to modify the following...

I would firstly like to increase the character/word limit for the short description. I think it's currently set to 400

Secondly, how can I remove the click/view option when you are looking at an item? the images are big enough on the product page and renders this useless.

Thirdly, is there a way to reorder the links in the footer. For some reason my T&C;links have come before BIO and I need to change the ID's to get them in the right order.

Lastly, where do I go to edit the homepage? I know there is something in modules, but that is showing me info for a totally different homepage to what I have. Is there something in the tpl list or within the block content that I can play with?
