Paypal Standard module issue with Prestashop 1.7.4.3

I installed new Prestashop 1.7.4.3 with the module Paypal Standard latest version.
After installing everything and setting up the module. There is no indication that the module is installed and connected to payment methods in the back office.
I had Prestashop 1.6.x.x installed and a while back. uninstalled Prestashop 1.6.x.x and did a clean install of Prestashop 1.7.4.3.
I don't know if the issue is by the new Prestashop 1.7.4.3 or the Paypal Standard module or the fact that I did an uninstall and then a clean install.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone can help me with this issue and how to fix it.
