Internal Error with prestashop 1.7,4,3

Please am getting this error whenever i click on a product on front end of my site. i have contacted hosting company no log errors and they were unable to resolve it. please kindly help thanks see error message

"an internal error has occurred. please inform the administrator of the store, thank you."

As the error mentions the "Store" I assume it's a Prestashop error. Please activate debug mode to see if there is a more detailed error log.

it was the product extra tab module that is causing the error and i have disable it and everything seems fine now please see the error below. i will appreciate it for any solution because i still need this module thanks

The message does not give further details. As it is caused by the module I suggest to contact the module's author.
