Incorrect numbers from serverinformation PS 1,6

Hi, im trying to upgrade my PS 1.6.0.9 with the 1-click upgrade module. But the problem is that this message is shown in module: PHP's max_execution_time setting has a high value or is disabled entirely (current value: 259200 seconds)

Its not a hosting problem, i have multiple PS installations on the same hoster and numbers are correct in those websites.Execution time is the to 50 at the php.ini file. my hoster confirms it. But i cant access the file.

Where can 1-click upgrade get this faulty numbers from, and how can i fix them? I wish to upgrade my installation.
