active
I have a problem importing a csv database. 1. What is the proper format for a CSV file? I set the delimiter, but after uploading nothing happens. Should there be a second step when I can assign each item from the file with its own products attribute or setting? 2. Another question is may I export all the shop catalog back to CSV or XML file? Thanks
DrÿSs'
Hi, I have a problem importing a csv database. 1. What is the proper format for a CSV file? I set the delimiter, but after uploading nothing happens. Should there be a second step when I can assign each item from the file with its own products attribute or setting? Very strange, yes there is of course a step 2 in order to assign fields on products. Can you give me access to your back-office / FTP ? You can contact me on my forum profile. 2. Another question is may I export all the shop catalog back to CSV or XML file? Yes, it's planned in version 1.
JPowers524
Doing this all "self-taught" style, so forgive me... Trying to figure out how to upload a batch of products. This might be easier than trying to post 100 products one at a time. I assume it's with some form of csv file, but not sure how to write it from scratch. Any help appreciated! thanks!
