log off after being 30 inactive

I installed Prestashop. Version 1.3.6.0 - 0.170s

Changed the name of the admin folder.

Logged in for the first time and now the back office is not asking me to log on with username and password.

To get into the back office, I just need to put the link on the browser and get in. No username and password required anymore, even if I go back after a day or two.

I'm concerned about this.

I have had other shopping carts that log you out after 30 minutes or so of inactivity.

Can I make Prestashop to require username and password after being inactive for certain time?

Silvia, don't worry about it, once you finish your work just logout and you won't be able to access the back office with the link alone

This is because PrestaShop saved your user info as cookie on your computer, that why your can access without log in.
If you go to other computer, you will have to log in again.

So there is no problem if you use it at your home/parivate computer.
but if you use it from public location like library, the best practice is to log out after every use. That 's what I am doing.
