Moving Install To a New Machine (BackOffice>>Module view detail is missing)

I have installed the latest 1.3.7 build on one of my machine and the whole thing is sweet working flawlessly (thanks to all the contributors).

Issue I am facing is that the same installed when moved from a Windows 7 machine to Ubuntu 10.x I find no problems. But when I move this install to a server running Ubuntu 9.x I run into an issue where the list of Modules in Admin Tab (Modules) are no longer visible.

Here is my initial setup machine config (where everything runs fine):

Ubuntu: 10.x
PHP: 5.3
MySQL: 5.1.x
Apache: 2.x.x

My web dedicated server (where I noticed the issue that Modules under Admin are no longer visible):

Ubuntu: 9
PHP: 5.2.6
MySQL: 5.1.x
Apache/2.2.11

Please help how I can fix the problem. Thanks.

please enable the error reporting inside config/config.inc.php and let us know what you see afterwards

thank you. By enabling debugging I found out that there were memory limit error, so I went into "PHP.INI" and changed the following:

memory_limit = 16M

to

memory_limit = 32M


Again thank you for letting me know of how I can view error details. My issue is resolved.
