pipwood Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 Last week there were no problems.It all worked beauitifully.Now I can't login.I get this error message:"employee does not exist, or bad password"If I use "lost password"I get the message that " Your password has been e-mailed to you."but I do not receive an email.I have not changed my host.I have not deleted cookies.The URL is the same as before, (including WWW).and I am using login details that I had written down. I was being stupid!I do not know why my password reset but I DID receive the "lost password" emails.Hotmail binned them in the junk folder.When I eventually found them, I also found the new passwords issued to me.Panic over Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
