WGclayologie Posted November 6, 2018 Share Posted November 6, 2018 Hi The standard email reply template presented below an incoming customer service email has changed from the generic wording ("thank you for your inquiry, we normally reply within blah blah blah") to a specific technical reply that was sent to a single customer. I have no idea how I managed to do this, and I certainly did not intend to change the template, nor can i repeat whatever I did to replace the template text by mistake! Now I must delete all the specific text and re-type a new reply to every enquiry. I cannot even find where the standard reply template is saved. I use Prestashop 1.6 Any help will be appreciated. Simonas Invertus Posted November 12, 2018 Share Posted November 12, 2018 Usually email templates can be found in Localization->Translations in the droplist you can choose "Email templates translations".
