Prestashop Theme Background Transparency Issue

I have tried modifying the prestashop them by adding a background to it in global.css. However, when I do it makes most of the items in the center column have a transparent background. I have tried editing everywhere I thought would change this, but it still has a transparent background, which especially makes it look bad on the category and product pages. Any help on where to change this would be greatly appreciated. All I want to do is change it to a white background in those center column areas

Try this for adding white background colour on center colum:

add to global.css line 215 ad ID center_Column

background:#fff;
