hop_1.1.0.4/ is added in my back of office url when i want to edit anything

Hi all
When I run my mouse over any edit title like "add a new manufacturer" the url at the bottom of the browser has an extra hop_1.1.0.4/ as in:-
/prestashop_1.1.0.4/hop_1.1.0.4/admin789/index.php?tab=AdminCatalog&addcategory;&id;_parent=&token=37599ccc781d3068204e903d2e867734
and of the page can not be found
What has happened it worked ok at the beginning of my session but not after a while
