banan_44 Posted November 3, 2018 Share Posted November 3, 2018 Hi. I was changing the shipping prices for some countries in Carriers section. I had a few ranges based on the weight set in Express Shipping option . Every time I have done chaning the prices for a country I hit Save button before I started to change the price in another region. I have done about 10 countries that way. Then suddenly when I opened Express Shipping option to change the prices for Italy it showed me no ranges and all shipping prices dissappeared. I do not know how to restore it. I opened the front office and checked the shipping option. The express shipping exists and I have all prices that were set in back office. DOes anyone know how to restore it in back office? cleoni Posted May 31, 2022 Share Posted May 31, 2022 Hello, bumping the topic, same problem here. I changed just numbers of 1 zone, until the end. Now (although I can see still values in the database via phpmyadmin), all the rows in the backoffice look like blanked out. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
