JMF Web
Good morning PrestaShop community, Our team has Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro v1.7.26 (https://addons.prestashop.com/en/remarketing-shopping-cart-abandonment/16535-abandoned-cart-reminder-pro.html) in our website and it stopped working for some reason. We have the reminder settings set to an hour, 3 days and 7 days after the customer leaves their product in the cart. There is currently an update for this version, can anybody tell if the module would work again if the it's updated? Thank you!
presto1.7.4
i have 1.8.8 and it is working great. I presume something is wrong with your cronjobs, you should check that.

We haven't been able to use the module since the date from the previous post. There's still an update available but nothing happens when we update it. presto1.7.4
step 1 upgrade step 2 test your cron link by trying another service add your 3 crons links here, it is free https://cron-job.org if the reminder are sent that mean your old cronjob setup is wrong. i personally use the website i gave above and it worked like a charm. Ableson
The interface of free cronjob easycron.com is very easy to use. No programming skills are needed. Edited January 5, 2019 by Ableson (see edit history)
