Estoy en la busqueda de CRM que capture los datos del comportamiento de los usuarios, es decir que pueda segmentar por: carrito abandonado, compradores de 1 vez, compradores regulares, compradores con ticket de compra alto, con ticketd e compra bajo... etc. Necesito poder obntener los daros de esos compradores, segmentarlos y exportarlos o enviarles un email directo desde la plataforma. Rolige Posted November 2, 2018 Share Posted November 2, 2018 Hola, No creo que encuentres un todo en uno, por lo que deberás usar uno para carritos abandonados el cual te da esa estadística y además otro tipo de módulos para estadísticas, puedes buscar un poco por Addons los módulos que más se adecuen a tu necesidad, incluso buscar un poco por Google. El modulo que yo he utilizado de carritos abandonados es este: https://addons.prestashop.com/es/remarketing-carritos-abandonados/19584-smart-cart-reminder.html Saludos!
