Shipping “There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address”

Hi Guys,

I am sure there's a small error I am skipping or missing out, here are the settings I have... (1.3.6.0)

[shipping] "Handling Charges" 29.99, "Free Shipping starts at:" £300 and 0kg. (disabled)
[Carriers] I have a carrier set up called "Expedited Delivery" with "2-4 Days"
[states] I am running a UK store, but all of the US states are listed. (not sure if this is relevant)
[Countries] I have all of the countries listed, but UK is set to zone "1", all of the others have "--" zone. Default Country is UK.
[Zones] "1" with Status "Allow"

I have no price ranges set up as shipping is one standard cost, it's not dependent on weight or cost.

I am placing a test order with a UK address...

Is there a setting I am missing? I am still getting no carrier through the checkout, it's got me baffled!

try just putting in a default price range ie 0-100000 so it covers all.. make sure the address you use is set too UK also (sounds silly but i've seen that error before in peoples haste to create an account). not sure if the states would make a difference... i'd assume not.
