Issues Upgrading to PS v1.4.3

Hi all,

I just completed upgrading from PS 1.3.3 to 1.4.0.1.3 and now I am getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Smarty::registerPlugin() in /hermes/web01b/b1040/moo.grdistributioncom/config/smarty.config.inc.php on line 171

I am unable to go to the back office or front store nothing is coming up only the error above. Can someone please help me correct this as soon as possible I really need my shop back up and running!!!
