Saigit
Hi everyone, I've watch many videos, people says that it's better not install the newest version of prestashop because of many bugs. I actually tried 1.7 and indeed, many bugs appears. So i downgraded to 1.6.1.20. A week ago, I bought a theme on addons.prestashop : Ap Moon Cake, and I tried to install it from Filezilla and from the back office as well. My website crashed. First I could not figure out why since it was written that it is compatible with Prestashop v.1.6.1.0 -1.6.1.20 on the description ! Then I saw on the guide that it was written 1.6.1.6 ! and the last update was made on 2016... I sent a message to the developper and an other one to prestashop... No answer yet. So I decided to try to install 1.6.1.6 ! but the installation stop at 23%. Written that there is an error without precising what.. So i tried to install other versions : 1.6.1.7, 1.6.1.17 but the result is all the same, stopping at 23%.... would anyone help me please ps: do you know if I have any chance to get reimboursement ? Simonas Invertus
If developers are not responding to you, you should write to PrestaShop financial department and ask for refund. If you bought it via Paypal you can ask refund in your paypal account. I am not sure about what kind of bugs you are talking because PS1.7.4.3 works fine for me. NemoPS
Well you might try thirtybees, that shouldn't crash on install

So the problems would only be relocated.
