Carriers displayed in checkout

Hi all,

I'm using presta 1.6.1.20 and I have 7 carriers.
For some products I would like to show only 2 carriers.

I set up in product page the 2 carriers I want but at check out also other carriers are showed
Any idea why?
In the main time all my products has assigned carriers.

If you are using advanced stock management check which carriers are selected for each warehouse under Stock > Warehouses. Also check which warehouse is selected for each product. That's all I can think of

no I'm not using advanced stock management and by the way I'm not able to found Stock>warehouse menu to check
