modify theme layout - add slideshow above flash module

HI everyone,

I am trying to modify the theme High Tech Store TM30158. It includes a flash module which is separate from prestashop in that the module position is not customizable in the backend admin. Since there is no slider in the theme I have added a homepage slideshow that I would like to have display ABOVE the flash module, but no matter what the slider is always BELOW the flash module. The only module I have for homepage block is the slider so I can't figure out how to put it above the flash. I even tried putting the slider in "top pages" block but the slider doesn't even display at all that way.
