multi location order placement?

Hi there

We have been looking at Prestashop for a while now, but i can't seem to find the following function.
Can someone tell me if the following is possible in Presta and if so wich module i should use for this?

I have various clients (stores) wich all have their own address.
these clients (stores) place orders and everything gets handled nicely.

But i also have clients that are managers for multiple stores.

They asked me if it is possible for them to place orders for multiple locations at once.


What i am looking for is an option for a client at checkout to select locations where the order should be send to.
After order placement... there should be a seperate order placed per selected location
(wich can be viewed by clients who normally place the orders for that specific location)

Is something like this possible?

If not ... is it possible to make a Super user that can place orders for other clients?
