Cost Tamers
Hi Becky,I can't help you with that, sorry. But where do you put your product images. Which folder on the server. Or is there a different way.
Kelvin Koh
Hi Becky,I think when you resized your images you may have made the dimensions (either height or width) out of boundary. Please go to BO >> Preferences >> Image. Scroll to the bottom.Under Regenerate thumbnails section, use the drop-down menu to select Products. Regenerate the thumbnails. Please also check your image dimensions settings for size large images. It's the table about thumnail regeneration section. If the dimensions are too small, your resized product images will appear as question marks.

Kelvin Koh
I ftp (upload) my images to /upload folder, then use .csv file to import and regenerate product image thumnails into /img/p folder.

Cost Tamers
what does this csv file look like?
Kelvin Koh
Exactly the same one used for importing products. Only difference is that we don't need to input product details if the products already existed. Just Pdt ID, Name and Image URLs.
Cost Tamers
What makes the images move from the upload folder to img/p folder?
Kelvin Koh
I'm unable to answer that question in detail as I'm not a programmer, but I hazard a probable answer is that the AdminImport.php script executes the command to move and regenerate images into img/p folder, where all product images are stored by default.
