[SOLVED] Can't access Admin page after move

Hi all,

I have Wordpress installed in my root directory. I've installed Presta in root/prestashop_1.0 and I can reach the store and use it normally.

I have renamed the admin folder to "myadmin" and can't access the folder and a Wordpress 404 page shows up. I think this is a .htaccess issue but I have no idea what to write in my htaccess file to tell wordpress to NOT process the myadmin folder.

Any ideas?

UPDATE
So it turns out this was related to the newly named admin folder (named backoffice) had the incorrect permissions, for whatever reason. Fixing the permissions fixed the issue.

Do you mind stating here which permissions are working? I seem to have same problem but mine shows up with a white blank page instead.

Hello,

I had the same issue. Renaming the folder (with FileZilla) set the access back to CHMOD 755. If you put it to 777. It works fine.

hi guys ...finally i installed presta ...but every step i just move on ..there is another problem...
i have an other problem... i installed it but i cant access to my administrator page..
when i try to access it ... it shows me a white page....
help me with that...
