Shipping conditions

Hi folks!

 

I'm trying to create a condition on my site so that the following happens:-
Shipping is free (when I want to enable it)
Shipping is £2 on everything and anything, on it's own. Single purchase is £2
Shipping is £3 on and product when a 'figure' is purchased.

 

I think I've found the places to do said task but I can't wrap my head around applying it.

For free shipping you might use vouchers

For "figures" you might assign a special carrier to those product. By default carriers are valid for all products but you overrule that by assign a carrier specific to a product.
