tri4cer
Hi everyone,I had the same problem with Prestashop 1.3.6 and has just SOLVED by asking my hosting provider to fix something in the php.ini file.If your provider cannot help to fix the problem then you may consider to switch your hosting to www.xtrawebhosting.com because Prestashop is an extremely great piece of shopping cart for your online business and I believes that you don't wanna loose it. Myprovider has responded my request with 5mins of openning a help ticket and fixed the problem straight way, so impressed with theirservices.I'm now a happy PrestaShopper Jack
Cost Tamers
Nice advertisement. Otherwise, you would say what the problem was and how it was fixed.
tri4cer
Nice advertisement. Otherwise, you would say what the problem was and how it was fixed. Hi Cost Tamers,I'm not a web developer or know much about php coding, I'm just a regular guy who love using Prestashopfor my website and when it come to a problem I googled and search this forum for helps. After attemptedmany solutions that posted in this forum about "unable to upload images" but without luck. Therefore I'veseeked my hosting provider for help and it fixed the problem right after. My hosting provider just told methat they have did some setting in the php.ini file and I do not know what have been set nor any code havebeen added in the php.ini but I'm pretty sure that was the php.ini setting that caused the problem that's whyI wanted to share it with everyone who have the same problem.I suggested www.xtrawebhosting.com was because one forum member have seeked their own hostingprovider for help and they could not fix his problem.P.S. If you know where to look for the php.ini file, please let me know and I'll upload the php.ini file hereto share it with everyone, thanks.Jack
