shopgirl
I like prestashop for a normal store, and I'm wondering if I should use prestashop for a site that sells only a few products. Is there a good way to do a layout for a tiny store?I know there's the main page Featured Products but it seems odd, for example, if my entire store only sold 4 products and all 4 are Featured. And then people click on the one or two categories and there's such a small number of items. However I would love to use Prestashop because I want the registration, shipping, payment, combinations, etc aspects. So, I am open to suggestions on how to do this. One idea I had was if I could make one or two html pages with Add to Cart buttons, and they are in prestashop AFTER they click Add to Cart, but the pages are just static. That way I could put any layout and mix in text and show one product really large while the other four products are small underneath.Hope this makes sense and thanks! timir
I would like to hear in this regards too, hope someone using prestashop in a similar scenario shares his POV.
Burhan BVK
Why don't you just not use categories? Disable the categories block and only use the home category. If you have just a few products this should be ideal.
