How do I move Prestashop To Another Domain

Hi

On my spare time I been working on modifying the original design to create a look I like.
Most of the work is done in themes/prestashop and the admin panel.
But I did make some changes to some modules and re-uploaded them.

Then I realized that I am doing this on a sub domain!

So then I read about creating themes on Wiki thinking that this is the easier way to move the site.
I'm wondering because I made changes to some modules that are not in the themes/prestashop folder, do I copy and paste those modules in themes/prestashop. And then move to a new installation.

If there is something else I'm missing please let me know.

Also if there is more good documentation on this process somewhere please let me know. It would be much appreciated.

Anyone, any idea how I can move this without loosing the design.
