Checkout and VAT

Hello everyone! I have two main questions, hope someone can help. 

I'm new in prestashop and i have 1.7.4.2 version.

I enabled b2b mode, but i need something like this:

1. When customer whats to register new account i need an option to choose individual or professional. When client chose individual, then there shouldn't be company, registration number and vat. when choose professional - must be company, registration, VAT, etc.. (I need option like "social title")

If customer wants to checkout as a guest, then there should be the same option - fill form as a individual or company.

2. Second - In checkout process, when company (Not individual) fill VAT field, company will be free of tax, when VAT field is empty - company have to pay price with tax (Reverse VAT is mandatory for selling/buying electronic goods with non-cash transactions in Latvia, EU for companies with Valid VAT).

Maybe there are other options. Please help. I'm ready to buy module if it helps. Please help, we are opening soon.
